These terms apply when you use ontara.si and ontara.io (together, the “site”), run by Strata Systems LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as Ontara Systems (“Ontara,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What the site is for
The site explains who we are and how we work, and offers free lessons, articles, and tools. It’s general information, not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice for your situation. Examples, case descriptions, and sample figures show how our work can look. They are not a promise of any particular result for your business.
Our services
Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services. Any engagement with Ontara, including an audit, is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, fees, and terms.
Ezra
Ezra, our AI employee, is provided under its own terms and privacy policy at tryezra.ai. Those terms, not these, apply when you use Ezra.
Our content
The text, design, illustrations, and code on the site belong to Ontara or the people who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to read, share links to, and quote short passages with credit to Ontara. Please don’t copy, republish, or sell substantial parts of the site without our written permission.
Other companies’ names and logos
Product names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners. They show tools our clients use or that we work with. Showing them doesn’t mean those companies endorse, sponsor, or partner with Ontara.
Tools and links
The workflow worksheet and Academy progress save to your own browser. They’re provided as they are, and you’re responsible for what you enter. The site links to other websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Using the site properly
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ontara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
