Pricing

Pay for the build,
the compute
and the result.

Every engagement has three fees, each tied to a different cost: the work to change a workflow, the models that run it, and the value it measurably creates. No rate card and no seat licences.

What each fee
covers.

Three fees, three cost drivers. Each one moves for its own reason, so you always know what you’re paying for and why it changed.

01 · One-time

Setup fee

The work to change the workflow. Fixed before anything starts.

  • The audit: a workflow map, ranked priorities and your baseline
  • Your sources prepared for agents, with the originals untouched
  • The build, inside the tools your team already uses
  • Training on the real workflow, with human review made explicit

02 · Monthly

Token fee

What the systems consume as they run, metered rather than estimated.

  • Model usage for every workflow in production
  • The infrastructure the agents run on
  • An itemised breakdown on every monthly statement

03 · Monthly

Upside fee

A share of the value created, measured against your own baseline.

  • One metric, agreed in the audit before anything is built
  • The same measure tracked every month
  • Adoption reviewed alongside the outcome
  • The assumptions behind every estimate, visible to you

How the upside
is measured.

The audit sets a baseline on a number your team already tracks or can verify. The upside fee is a share of the difference, at a rate agreed before the build.

Nothing about the commercial terms is decided after the work starts.

How it compares.

Consulting is usually billed by the hour, software by the seat. Both get paid whether or not anything changes.

Questions about
pricing.

Why three fees instead of one retainer?

A retainer bundles one-time work, running costs and results into a single number, so you can’t tell which one you’re paying for. Splitting them means each fee only moves for its own reason.

What do we pay before there are results?

The setup fee, fixed before work starts, and the token fee as the systems run. The upside fee only starts once there’s a measured gain over the baseline.

What if the system isn’t used?

We review adoption alongside the outcome every month and fix what gets in the way. A system nobody uses doesn’t move the metric, so it doesn’t produce an upside fee.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. We start with one valuable workflow, a measurable baseline and a team that uses it. The next workflow is earned.

How do we get a number?

Tell us how the operation runs today. We’ll come back with a scoped setup fee and how the token and upside fees would apply to your firm.
